We take pride in the craftsmanship of our hand-strung gemstone jewelry. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss a resolution. Items must be returned in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged.

Due to the digital nature of our music products, all sales of MP3 and WAV files are final. Once a file is downloaded, it cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if you experience any issues with your download (such as file corruption or incorrect files), please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can assist or resend the correct files.
