Processing Time

  • All jewelry orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may take slightly longer. If additional time is needed, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery method.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

  • Expedited options are available at an additional cost.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the shipping method selected and your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us at engage.abe@gmail.com before placing your order.

Packaging

Each piece of jewelry is carefully packaged in a protective jewelry pouch or box, ready for gifting or personal enjoyment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Digital Products – DeepBeat™ Music Downloads

All DeepBeat™ music files (MP3 and WAV) are delivered digitally and are not physically shipped.

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive an immediate download link via email or customer account page.

  • If you experience any issues accessing your download, please contact us  within 7 days of purchase for assistance.
