2. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods provided via Shopify’s secure checkout system. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Gemalaxy Jewelry:
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping time varies by location. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
DeepBeat™ Music Downloads:
Digital downloads are delivered immediately upon successful payment via a secure download link through our partner platform (Sky Pilot). If you encounter issues, contact us within 7 days.
4. Returns and Refunds
Jewelry:
Returns are accepted within 14 days for damaged or unsatisfactory items. Returned items must be in original condition. Refunds or replacements will be issued upon inspection.
Music Downloads:
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, if you experience technical issues with your files, we will work to resolve the problem.
